What is the difference between UK, EU and US trade mark monitoring?
UK monitoring scans the UK IPO register (3.98M trade marks). EU monitoring scans the EUIPO register (3.23M trade marks). US monitoring scans the USPTO register (14.05M trade marks). Since Brexit, the UK and EU are completely separate registers. Business plans and above include all three registers, covering 21.26M marks.
