What is the difference between UK, EU and US trademark monitoring?
UK monitoring scans the UK IPO register (3.88 million trademarks). EU monitoring scans the EUIPO register (3.14 million trademarks). US monitoring scans the USPTO register (14 million trademarks). Since Brexit, the UK and EU are completely separate registers. Starter plans include UK only. Business plans add EU. Professional plans and above include all three registers covering 21 million+ marks. Any plan can add individual jurisdictions via add-ons.
